Our Manual Steering Rack modifications aim to further improve the performance of our Electric Power Steering kits by reducing friction in the steering rack and pinion. No longer will you need to loop lines or deal with plugs, our one piece billet aluminum pinion housing provides a clean and race-reliable solution. We start with a thorough quality check to ensure the parts will perform as desired. All seals are removed and a slippery low-friction coating is applied to all points of contact. Finally, we apply a sleek black coating to the rack housing to stop any corrosion and keep it looking great for years to come. We assemble the rack and set it up for optimum performance.

*** We MUST receive your core parts before we can fulfill your order. Damaged cores may not be eligible for rebuild and will be determined once we receive your core.
*** This conversion is permanent and cannot be reverted back to hydraulic. Fluid ports are completely removed.
